if you want to monitor mulit-users, following below steps, only 2 steps to monitor all user's activities:

step 1:

Open PC Spy Keylogger, click Control Panel, then select Targets tab. check the monitor all computer users box. then click bottom Save button to apply your changes. NOTE: if you only want to monitor a single user, check the user name in the list view to do so.

step 2:

configure the Logs Folder have a Everyone permissions.

a.	Open Windows Explorer, and then locate the file or folder for which you want to set permissions. To open Windows Explore click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer.
b.	Right-click the file or folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab as shown in below.
c.	To set permissions for a group or user that does not appear in the Group or user names box, click Add. Type the name of the group or user you want to set permissions for and then click OK, as shown in below. *You need to enter 'EveryOne', then click OK.
